Must have encountered cultists of the Formless One or their agents AND have been approached by a current Questor.
Cannot be associated with the Cult of the Formless One in any regard.
Must have created a personalised medallion bearing the symbol of the Silver Sign in any silvery metal. The symbol is a stylised squid motif of the creators personal preference.
The medallion must be enchanted by the Master of the Silver Sign as the final stage of initiation.
Most Questors come from troubled backgrounds or have faced serious adversity.
It’s uncommon for Clerics, Druids, Monks, Paladins and other divinely oriented classes to become Questors. Currently, the overwhelming majority are Rangers.

Secret Script: A Questor also knows the Questor secret script known only to them, which they learn upon becoming a 1st-level Questor. This is a free language for a Questor; that is, they knows it in addition to their regular allotment of languages and it doesn’t take up a language slot. Questors are forbidden to teach this language to non-Questors.
This is a written language and has no verbal component. It is used to identify and pass along useful information such as safe houses, enemy locations, traps, and the like for use by other Questors.
Know thy Enemy (Ex): Add Questor level (as bonus) to Knowledge Religion when dealing with CotFO
Spell casting: The Questors do not teach magic as a part of their training but should a member join already knowing magic they continue to advance in their knowledge.
Questor Training (Ex):
Questors come from all manner of walks of life and once initiated dedicate their path to two of three areas; Mind, Body, Agility. They focus their training such that they determine their strongest saving throws. Once picked it cannot be changed. Consult the following chart.

The Silver Sign I – IV (Sp): As the Questor levels so too does his bond with his amulet. Characters may choose one of the following abilities to add to his medallion at levels 1, 4, 7, & 10

Non-magical Aura (Sp) A Questor can use magic aura twice per day, but only for the purpose of making his amulet appear non-magical.

Bonus Feats: At levels 3, 5, and 8, a Questor gains a bonus feat in addition to those gained from normal advancement. These bonus feats must be selected from the following list:
